A semi-rigid and lightweight non-insulated air duct, triple lock is manufactured by using a dead soft aluminum strip which is spirally wound and mechanically joined together forming an air-tight and leak-proof triple lock seam. A self-supporting and corrosive-resistant ULC-S110 and UL181 class 1 product is produced which provides excellent strength and flexibility, adaptable to any low to high pressure heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
