Generally, shipments to customers within the regions of our branches will be delivered via our truck without additional freight charges.
Generally, shipments to customers outside the regions of our branches will be delivered via UPS or common carrier and are subject to applicable freight charges.
All claims for shortage must be made within 2 days from receipt of shipment.
Return/Refund Policy
All returns MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase from Binghamton Hardware & HVAC Supply Co.
No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after invoice date.
Any product preceded by an asterisk (*) and marked SP is special and not subject to return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the error was the result of our mistake.
Returned items must be in resalable condition (i.e. no water stains, construction dirt, etc.).
