Fiberglass duct liner typically includes a high density protective facing which is exposed to the air stream. However, inadvertent cuts in the protective facing of the liner or the un-treated edges of the duct liner can suffer erosion or become further damaged when they are exposed to the air movement that occurs in ductwork. Often these exposed areas are coated with an adhesive product to restore their integrity. Duro Dyne Dyn-O-Coat is a quick drying aerosol adhesive that forms a flexible seal over rips, tears and cut or exposed edges. It is ideal for use on internally lined duct or rigid fiberglass ductwork.
